The boys of Skyjumper would like to thank all of you who have picked them up from one of music industry's leading internet outlets, CD Baby.com. "The outpouring of support for the boys and the album have been amazing," says band manager Ty D'Angelo. "On behalf of the boys, we would like to thank everyone who has picked the album up. It's been truly terrific."
Great news from inside - singer/guitarist Shane Horizon has made leaps and bounds in his recovery, and will be back on stage with the power group again soon. "I am really proud of him," says D'Angelo. "His councillors are giving praise on his development, and he sounds really good over the phone."
Are there any immediate plans for the band? "There are, but not right yet," D'Angelo confirms, speaking to him from a cell phone in traffic. "I think we are going to start with baby steps when he finishes his program. There is no way we are going to have the boys play a concert in a bar setting just quite yet. This is partly why we are where we are."
The main concern seems to be Shane Horizon and his addiction recovery. "He said to me he is feeling great, and that is good news. He was white as a ghost when he went in. I will being seeing him soon, so I'll let you know."
Anyone with well-wishes for the rocker, are encouraged to do so at shanewithguitar@yahoo.com
Keep posted, and the boys will let you know what's in store soon.
